We are seeking a reliable, organized Warehouse Associate to manage and support our home improvement warehouse operations. This role is critical to keeping our production, installation, and field teams running efficiently. If you take pride in organization, accountability, and keeping operations moving smoothly, this is a strong opportunity.
This is a hands-on role that requires warehouse experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory and materials for a growing home improvement company.
Position OverviewThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, material coordination, organization, and support for installation and production teams. This role requires someone who is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for home improvement materials
- Receive, organize, and track inventory for roofing, bath, and related products
- Ensure materials are prepared, staged, and ready for installation crews
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and material movement
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with operations and production teams to support project needs
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Experience managing inventory or warehouse operations strongly preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Dependable, professional, and punctual
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday schedule
