Full-Time Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist – Austin, TX Office

Do you have creative firepower, digital chops, and the hustle to break through the noise? Our hyper-growth healthcare company needs an in-office, full-time Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist to launch bold campaigns, drive engagement, and spark intrigue across Austin and beyond.

What You'll Do:

  • Own our digital marketing, social media, and creative content in a hands-on, remote or (preferred) in-person role.
  • Design eye-catching graphics and videos and write compelling content for all digital channels.
  • Dream up clever guerilla campaigns and bring them to life on the national stage.
  • Run paid ads, analyze results, and quickly adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership to fuel company growth.
  • Experience building and managing HubSpot workflows and automations to streamline marketing processes.
  • Comfortable with Squarespace website design and management, including page layout and content updates.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for customizing website functionality and design.
  • Skilled in email marketing campaigns, including design, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a social media content calendar to support brand awareness and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar digital marketing/design role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital/social platforms, analytics, and ad management.
  • Advanced design skills (Adobe, Canva, or similar).
  • Knowledge of: HubSpot, MailChimp, Squarespace, Wix.
  • Experience with guerilla marketing and thinking outside the box.
  • Energetic, team-first attitude—ideally onsite daily in our Austin office.
