Erickson Senior Living is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Accounts Receivable Senior Director to support the VP of Finance – AR in overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable operations. This strategic leadership role is vital to maintain financial health and optimizing cash flow across our multi-site healthcare organization and diverse real estate portfolio.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, knowledge of real estate financial operations, and a strong leadership background.

How you will make an impact
- Lead daily operations of the A/R department including billing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliation.
- Develop and enforce policies for accurate and compliant billing and collections.
- Oversee A/R functions across multiple healthcare sites ensuring standardization and performance.
- Collaborate with clinical, property management, and finance teams to streamline workflows.
- Analyze A/R metrics and aging reports to identify trends and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and lease agreements.
- Mentor and develop A/R team members.
- Support audits and financial reporting.
- Implement automation and technology solutions.
- Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy.
Compensation: $ $ per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
What you will need
- Minimum 10 years of experience in A/R or revenue cycle management, with 7+ years in leadership.
- Experience in multi-site healthcare environments (e.g., hospitals, clinics).
- Strong understanding of real estate billing and lease structures.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- High ethical standards and commitment to transparency.
- Passion for mission-driven work in senior living/healthcare.
