Erickson Senior Living is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Accounts Receivable Senior Director to support the VP of Finance – AR in overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable operations. This strategic leadership role is vital to maintain financial health and optimizing cash flow across our multi-site healthcare organization and diverse real estate portfolio.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, knowledge of real estate financial operations, and a strong leadership background.

How you will make an impact

• Lead daily operations of the A/R department including billing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliation.
• Develop and enforce policies for accurate and compliant billing and collections.
• Oversee A/R functions across multiple healthcare sites ensuring standardization and performance.
• Collaborate with clinical, property management, and finance teams to streamline workflows.
• Analyze A/R metrics and aging reports to identify trends and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and lease agreements.
• Mentor and develop A/R team members.
• Support audits and financial reporting.
• Implement automation and technology solutions.
• Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy.

Compensation:  $ $ per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus

What you will need

• Minimum 10 years of experience in A/R or revenue cycle management, with 7+ years in leadership.
• Experience in multi-site healthcare environments (e.g., hospitals, clinics).
• Strong understanding of real estate billing and lease structures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• High ethical standards and commitment to transparency.
• Passion for mission-driven work in senior living/healthcare.
