Overview
We are seeking a hybrid, dedicated marketing manager with detail-oriented project management experience to join our marketing agency team. This is primarily a remote position, and the ideal candidate will play a crucial role supporting project activities for a creative marketing agency. The Marketing Project Manager will ensure that all aspects of our creative marketing projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, advanced knowledge of project management systems (in relation to marketing, website development, etc., (e.g., ASANA), the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a solid background of experience in marketing, public relations, website development, advertising, and how creative processes flow. Candidate must be available for in-person meetings, when necessary, and work onsite at events, when applicable.
Duties
- Assist in the planning and execution of agency projects (PR, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Copywriting, Web Development, Event Support, Social Media, Video, etc.) from inception to completion. You don't need to be a creative person, but you need to know how to manage creative people and effectively manage the processes and flow of day-to-day marketing tasks.
- Coordinate project schedules for the creative team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Utilize management software such as Asana, timesheets, and analytics for project tracking and reporting.
- Assist in project planning and execution, as needed (if you are creative person, it's a bonus).
- Manage scopes of work, deal memos, contractor agreements, NDAs, etc. for staff and clients ensuring compliance with terms and conditions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support bids by estimating hours of staff and resources by providing accurate data and insights to scopes of work proposals.
- Maintain organized documentation in G-Drive related to project schedules, schematics, and contracts.
- Monitor project progress onsite, to ensure adherence to agency standards and quality control measures.
Skills
- Proficiency in marketing agency project management and workflow
- Strong understanding of creative agency life and its principles and practices.
- Excellent project scheduling capabilities with a focus on time management and ensuring that all creative staff deliver assignments on time.
- Familiarity with creative projects, live events, and best practices for compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret creative briefs, schematics, and technical aspects of the digital world effectively.
- Knowledge of contracts, budgets, and staffing-related matters, as well as client deal memos and budgeting projects, is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. We juggle all day long
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

- Contract position, weekly hours will fluctuate, with a minimum of 25-30 hours required on average.
