Training / Marketing Manager with Multi-Family Experience

Q10 Property Advisors is growing again  We are adding on properties monthly which means more employees

MUST HAVE MULTI-FAMILY EXPERIENCE.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Social media mass management - Manage social media efforts with relevant content and monitor various social media platform pages for potential issues, good stories, etc.
  • Training curriculum development.
  • Marketing oversite - Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for multi-family properties.
  • Monitor leads, analytics and sales/leases on a weekly basis to identify trends, evaluate traffic/sales goals pace, and make marketing plan recommendations to improve performance.
  • Ensure property websites and marketing packages are current and updated regularly.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • 7-10 years' prior marketing experience in multi-family marketing and promotional activities required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
  • Project management experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to effectively work on multiple projects concurrently with the innate ability to get things done with speed, urgency and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Digitally savvy with a strong focus on digital ads and social media.
  • Bilingual Preferred.
  • Ability to analyze budget numbers for conformance to budgetary guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to use standard software applications (e.g. Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Apartments247, , J Turner, Valence, on-line database applications).
  • High energy work ethic with a positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment.

Salary:  $50-$60,000 annually
