What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, growth, and customer engagement.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives including digital, print, events, PR, and direct response campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor partnerships, and campaign performance to ensure strong ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to align messaging and goals across the organization.
- Develop and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all communication platforms.
- Track marketing KPIs and provide insights to leadership on campaign results and opportunities for improvement.

What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- 5+ years of proven marketing leadership experience (home improvement or construction industry preferred)
- Strong background in direct response marketing and brand management
- Strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing multiple projects
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, or reputation management tools a plus
