Position: Print Production Specialist
Pay: $18-22 (negotiable based on previous experience)
We are an established full-service print, design, and marketing franchise company. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our team . Below is a list of the preferred skills applicable to the position as well as a breakdown of day-to-day responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat)
- Experience with digital print production equipment (Konica Minolta, Canon, Xerox, etc.).
- Experience with finishing / bindery equipment, cutters, folders, coil punch, padding.
- Proficiency in phone, email, and face to face interaction with clients.
- Knowledge of paper brands and types.
- Knowledge of print related products.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Responsibility and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with clients via email and by phone to facilitate print production and design orders.
- Communicate directly with our in-house print production and bindery team.
- Follow up with clients or customers regarding proofs and other project inquiries.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
- Educate clients about additional products, services, and ways we can help them market their business.
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's questions.
- Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.
