Job Title: Graphic Designer Duration: Feb 9 - Apr 24, 2026Location: Minneapolis Minnesota 55401Pay Rate: $36.00 - $38.62 hourly on W2 JOB SUMMARYTECHNICAL SKILLSMust HaveAdobe Creative SuiteAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesignAdobe Photoshop Summary: The main function of a Graphic Designer is to create designs, concepts and layouts of pitch and property marketing materials. The ability to be flexible to client demands, work well under pressure and multi-task are required skills. Job Responsibilities: * Plan, analyze and create visual solutions to communication problems * Develop overall layout and production design of publications * Create charts and graphs from data given * Create maps and diagrams highlighting area amenities Qualifications: * Associate's degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required. Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred * 2-4 years experience required * Creativity, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability * Basic ability to utilize various forms of media, including print and electronic * Basic ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design * Previous experience using the computer to create layouts and generate new images * Experience with Adobe publishing and graphics software with an emphasis on Adobe InDesign * Background in commercial real estate design and marketing a plusDexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
