Compensation: Commiserate with experience typically between $22 - $28 hourly + Benefits

We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused individual to join our team as a Driver / Warehouse / Prefabrication Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Driving & Deliveries:

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
  • Load and unload deliveries using forklift or other machinery while ensuring materials are secured and protected.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and follow all traffic and safety regulations.
  • Perform walk around DOT vehicle inspections prior to each delivery

Warehouse:

  • Receive, organize, and track inventory and supplies.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure tools and parts are in the correct locations.
  • Assist with inventory control and restocking.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts

Prefabrication Support:

  • Assist prefabrication leads in assembly of pipes through gluing, soldering, grooving, welding, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Maryland driver's license with a clean driving record and knowledge of commercial traffic laws for DC, MD and VA
  • Must have DOT exam certification or ability to obtain
  • Ability to pull material from an order list
  • Previous experience in plumbing, construction, warehouse, or delivery preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
  • Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
