Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, bold and strategic leader to drive AI enabled sales and marketing engagement that provides world-class digital experience to our Customers, Sellers, Marketers and Channel Partners. This role sits at the intersection of innovation, execution, and enterprise-wide change, leading high-impact initiatives that define how Lenovo goes to market and connects with customers globally.
This is a highly visible leadership position in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment. Thriving on innovation and collaboration, you will champion a customer and employee centric, outcome-based approach to build a seamless experience across end-to-end sales and marketing journeys ensuring our stakeholders have the support, tools and processes they need to excel.
Key Responsibilities
Shape the AI vision in sales, marketing and channel partner landscape:
- Product Owner for Lenovo's AI-Powered Content Creation and intelligent enablement platform.
- Evangelize and scale AI use cases including Agentic AI in enterprise platforms for marketing, sales, and channel partner engagement
- Drive continuous innovation with strong product management skills, moving ideas from concept through launch with speed, clarity, and customer focus
- Lead cross-functional global teams to deliver AI-powered experiences that unify data, orchestrate content, and drive measurable business outcomes
- Responsible for delivering complex projects on schedule and under budget
- Guide responsible AI usage across all go-to-market initiatives, embedding governance and change management best practices
- Represent the function in executive forums and influence enterprise-wide decision-making
- Partner closely with Digital Transformation, IT, global Marketing, Sales, Services, eCommerce, CX, UX, Product, Legal, and exec leadership to align around customer journey improvements and enterprise adoption
Ideal Candidate
- Visionary product and platform leader with AI first attitude
- Proven success in defining AI enabled use cases to achieve competitive advantage and operational efficiencies within matrixed global organizations
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing, sales operations, partner ecosystems, user experience and customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale complex systems, drive adoption, and tell a compelling transformation story
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and experimentation in enterprise wide applications; comfortable in ambiguity and motivated by results
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in sales technology, data analytics and AI.
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across C-suite, technical, and business stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
- 15+ years in marketing tech, enterprise product leadership, or AI solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior success delivering cross-functional initiatives that blend tech, data, and storytellingExperience with LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and generative AI tools is a must

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $150k - 190K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
