Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for enlisting patients on non-interventional research protocol regiments. Collaborates with physicians in determining eligibility of patients for clinical trials. Performs informed consent, sample collection, information gathering, patient follow-up, data collection. Provides education to equivalent staff and patients. Ensures proper treatment and assumes responsibility for clinical documentation for patients on protocol. Practices in compliance with principles of Good Clinical Practice and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. An associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred. Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant experience highly desired. Two or more years of experience in Oncology/Research preferred. Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness required. Knowledge of medical terminology required. Knowledge of current FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice, governing clinical research preferred.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
