POSITION SUMMARY
 We are seeking experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic wound care team. This role is offered on a flexible part-time and per diem basis, providing a rewarding opportunity to deliver specialized wound management care to our growing patient population 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE
 ● Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for wound care patients.
● Provide direct patient care, including wound evaluation, debridement, dressing changes, and patient education.
● Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
● Document patient interactions accurately, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
● Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and adhere to established clinical protocols.

INTERESTED?
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING?
 ● Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in NY
● Minimum 2 years clinical experience; prior experience in wound care highly preferred.
● Certification as a Wound Care specialist (CWS/WCC) preferred but not required. (Support available for certification for suitable candidates) ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
● Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Compensation:
● Competitive hourly rate starting at $110 - $125/hour, negotiable based on experience.
● Attractive bonus structure based on performance metrics and patient outcomes.
Certification Support:
● For candidates without wound care certification, we will offer guidance and support to obtain certification as part of our commitment to professional development.
