Company Overview:

A leading international entertainment, luxury restaurant, club, and casino company is rapidly expanding into the US market and seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Operations to partner with the Head of US Operations to spearhead this growth.

Job Objective:

Lead and oversee the financial and operational administration of multiple branches within a geographic region. Ensure compliance with company policies and processes related to revenues, expenses, purchasing, accounting, and asset management. Provide strategic support to the Head of US Operations and Senior Management for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight

  • Direct and validate daily cash reconciliations and banking transactions across all branches.
  • Oversee the processing of credit/debit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Safeguard cash and financial assets with integrity and transparency.
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports to Senior Management.

Expense Management

  • Manage petty cash funding and payments for all locations.
  • Consolidate accounts payable and plan payment schedules region-wide.
  • Oversee invoice entry, payment processing, and supplier communications.
  • Ensure proper custody and use of banking token devices and electronic banking operations.
  • Perform and review bank reconciliations for all branches.
  • Oversee the month-end accounting close and reporting.

Accounting & Asset Management

  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing for all branches.
  • Reconcile accounting and inventory systems across locations.
  • Maintain updated records of fixed assets; report malfunctions, disposals, and acquisition needs to Senior Management.

Leadership & Strategic Operations

  • Lead, develop, and support branch management teams.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment with company values and strategic goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Represent the company with external stakeholders, including suppliers and local authorities.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • 8+ years of operations experience within the luxury restaurant, nightlife entertainment, and casino industries
  • 3+ years in multi-unit operations management
  • Strong financial acumen and experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
