One Step Forward ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a uniquely flexible role based out of our Lacey Township center. This position offers the perfect blend of a center based hub and community outreach, with the schedule to match your life, available as either Part Time or Full Time. Serve children and lead RBTs in Lacey Township, Forked River, Manahawkin, and surrounding Ocean County.

Your Role and Impact as Our BCBA:

  • Oversee the implementation and integrity of all ABA programs.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure generalization of skills.

What You Bring (Requirements):

  • Master's degree and current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.
  • Proven experience in a BCBA capacity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
