Description

Are you ambitious, motivated, and ready to learn the ropes of sales? MUM Industries is looking for a Customer Service / Junior Sales Representative with a background in engineering or sales who's hungry to grow into a Sales Manager role. If you're eager to roll up your sleeves, deliver for customers, and learn from the best, this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing product information, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  2. Support the sales team with quoting, order entry, and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers.
  3. Learn MUM Industries' products, applications, and markets to effectively support customer needs.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver customer-driven solutions.
  5. Assist in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
  6. Participate in training and mentorship programs to prepare for a future leadership role in sales.
  7. Take initiative to identify opportunities for process improvements, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  2. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a technical/engineering role.
  3. A tested level of mechanical aptitude.
  4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a "whatever it takes" mindset and desire to grow into a Sales Manager role.
  6. Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite a plus.

  4. Work with engineering and production teams to deliver creative, customer-first solutions.
  5. Build lasting relationships with customers that drive repeat business and long-term growth.
  6. Get hands-on sales training and mentorship so you can grow into a leadership role.
