We believe real estate decisions should be data-first, transparent, and scalable, so that complex development projects become more predictable, capital-efficient, and aligned with stakeholder goals. We're growing our U.S. investment analytics team and looking for an Investment Portfolio Analyst who is passionate about real estate, modelling, and turning data into actionable investment strategy.

We're seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of UnlockLand's PropTech platform in the U.S. market.

This role sits at the crossroads of urban planning, AI, and product innovation — shaping how real estate professionals and investors use technology to analyze, plan, and build.

You'll work cross-functionally with our engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver intuitive, high-impact features for residential and commercial land intelligence — from site feasibility tools to generative development simulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap for UnlockLand's U.S. PropTech platform — from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to translate technical capabilities (zoning, feasibility, ROI models) into intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research with developers, planners, REITs, and local governments to identify needs and refine use cases.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to deliver elegant, scalable features that accelerate real-world adoption.
• Define product KPIs, track performance, and drive iteration based on data insights and customer feedback.
• Support GTM and sales enablement through demos, documentation, and launch coordination.
• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to expand UnlockLand's footprint across major U.S. metros.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of product management experience, ideally within PropTech, real estate SaaS, or data platforms.
• Strong understanding of real estate development, planning, or zoning workflows.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise product lifecycles.
• Technical fluency with AI, geospatial data, or analytics-driven platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to align vision across technical and business teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Urban Planning, Computer Science, Architecture, Business, or Real Estate preferred.
