About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee a range of responsibilities including project management, lease negotiations and administration, and property management to ensure the effective operation and strategic growth of our property portfolio.
POSITION'S ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Management: Coordinate and oversee real estate development, renovation, and maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Lease Negotiations & Administration: Negotiate lease terms with tenants and landlords, draft and review lease agreements, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Manage lease documentation and renewals meticulously.
- Property Management: Oversee daily operations of properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, rent collection, and ensuring owned properties and leased spaces are in excellent condition. Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction.
Leadership Job Responsibilities:
- Set clear goals and expectations; provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Develop talent through mentoring, training, and career development initiatives.
- Promote a collaborative and engaging work environment that aligns with company values.
- Manage conflict and make timely decisions to maintain team focus and performance.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and development conversations.
- Approve timecards, schedules, time-off requests, and other administrative HR functions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture, Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate project management, lease negotiations, and property administration.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in healthcare real estate management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
