IT Project Manager

Reports to: Director – Technology Projects

Location: Plano- Corporate Office

Position Description

Manage deployments, migrations, and upgrades of customer solutions and services such as servers, switches, firewalls, PBX, LAN, and Wi-Fi.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources
  • Own the full project from initiation to deployment for multiple customer implementations simultaneously
  • Develop and successfully manage the project plan, schedule, and managed to budget
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship and communication with the internal subject matter experts and customer
  • Report on post-project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-8 years business technology project management experience
  • Organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, analytical, assertive, and results oriented individual
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
