infrastructure development and investment firm
is seeking a
Finance & Accounting Lead
to oversee budgeting, reporting, and accounting operations as the company scales. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends
FP&A leadership
with
core accounting oversight
, supporting both day-to-day financial integrity and long-term strategic growth.

You'll work directly with executive leadership, ensuring accurate reporting, streamlined processes, and financial visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across multiple projects and business units.
  • Maintain the general ledger, manage monthly close, and oversee preparation of accurate GAAP financial statements.
  • Develop and refine internal controls, policies, and procedures to support a growing organization.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial packages and performance analyses for leadership and investors.
  • Coordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting with external advisors.
  • Support financial requirements related to real estate and infrastructure investments.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting tools (experience with
    NetSuite
    or similar ERP preferred).
  • Build scalable processes to support expansion while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years
    of progressive experience across FP&A and accounting functions.
  • Proven background managing financial closes, reporting cycles, and audits.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills — able to collaborate effectively with executives and investors.
  • ERP experience (NetSuite or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with real estate, energy, or infrastructure industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Accounting, Economics
    , or related field (
    CPA
    a plus).
  • Self-starter with a process-driven mindset and the ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced environment.
