Talent Acquisition Specialist
to help shape the future of our growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by driving full-cycle recruiting strategies across a diverse range of roles—from production and technical talent to professional and leadership positions.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to hiring leaders and business stakeholders, delivering top talent in a competitive marketplace. You'll:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Proactively build pipelines through creative sourcing, direct outreach, and community and social engagement.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, provide market insights, and guide effective hiring decisions.
  • Strengthen employer brand presence through authentic candidate experiences and consistent communication.
  • Evaluate and refine recruitment processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years
    of experience in full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions and levels.
  • Proven success partnering with business leaders to identify, attract, and retain top talent.
  • Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social platforms, and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive, data-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
