Position OverviewJLL is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team managing fiber contracts for one of our largest enterprise clients. This critical role ensures seamless contract lifecycle management while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and client service excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our contractual management systems, ensuring data integrity, and fostering productive vendor relationships that drive operational efficiency.This is a remote position (Seattle and/or West Coast preferred but not required).Key ResponsibilitiesContract Lifecycle ManagementAbstract, analyze, and input critical contract data into sophisticated management systems with exceptional accuracyMonitor and track contract performance metrics, renewal dates, and termination requirementsEnsure full compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirementsCoordinate contract amendments, renewals, and extensions in accordance with established proceduresVendor and Stakeholder RelationsLead comprehensive onboarding processes for landlords and vendors, including documentation management and system integrationServe as primary liaison between internal departments and external partners to facilitate seamless contract executionAddress and resolve complex inquiries related to payments, vendor relationships, and contractual obligationsFinancial AdministrationConduct thorough monthly reviews, audits, and processing of contractual payment obligationsOversee purchase order processing and payment request workflows, ensuring appropriate approvals and documentationReconcile contract payments and investigate discrepancies with systematic precisionProcess Optimization and Quality AssuranceMaintain contract management databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibilityImplement quality control procedures to minimize errors and improve efficiencyContribute to special projects and process improvement initiativesCreate comprehensive documentation for operational proceduresRequired QualificationsExperience and EducationMinimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in lease administration, contract management, accounting, or vendor managementProven track record of success in fast-paced, client-focused environmentsTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with contract management systems and databasesWorking knowledge of Smartsheet or similar project management platformsStrong data analysis and reporting capabilitiesExperience working with triage and contractual platformsCore CompetenciesExceptional attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in high-volume environmentsStrong understanding of lease and contract accounting principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSuperior organizational and time management abilitiesAnalytical problem-solving skills with ability to work independentlyCustomer service orientation with professional demeanorPreferred QualificationsExperience in commercial real estate or professional services environmentKnowledge of fiber optic telecommunications contracts and terminologyPrevious experience with enterprise-level client managementFamiliarity with regulatory compliance requirements for telecommunications contractsProfessional certifications in contract management (CPCM, CFCM, or similar)Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferredFamiliarity with Tango software and Zendesk preferredEstimated compensation for this position:90,000.00 – 105,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
