Duties

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food service management principles, including food production, catering, and banquet experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using various POS systems.
  • Background in hospitality management or culinary experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and operational planning is advantageous.

Pay: $45, $65,000.00 per year
