Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Assistant, you will work closely with the Sales Executive team to provide outstanding support throughout the customer journey. From appointment scheduling and test drive coordination to delivery support and follow-up communication, you'll play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional car-buying experience.

Essential Functions

  • Assist and collaborate daily with the Sales Executive team
  • Make follow-up phone calls, send texts, emails, and thank-you cards to prospects and customers
  • Schedule and confirm test drive and consultation appointments
  • Support Sales Professionals and Managers during the sales process
  • Help with out-of-town vehicle deliveries, ensuring smooth customer experience (e.g., vehicle prep, answering product/tech questions, finalizing paperwork)
  • Become proficient in in-vehicle technologies and assist customers with related questions
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups via phone or email, as directed by Sales Management
  • Attend weekly sales and training meetings
  • Multitask and stay organized in a high-energy, customer-facing environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Knowledge of general customer service principles
