As an Event Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in our various event marketing and sales campaigns we organize for our clients. These events take place in various business and client locations throughout the Houston area, helping to drive brand recognition and sales within the local customer and clientele base. Your role will involve engaging with customers directly, sparking interest in our clients' products, and building positive relationships with local consumers.

Event Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with accurate, reliable information using our tools and training
  • Promote brand awareness at events in retail and business locations with the support of your team
  • Ensure compliance with company and client standards, maintaining professionalism during customer interactions and sales processes
  • Greet customers and answer questions about products and services at our events
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Lead customer interactions related to acquisition, retention, and increased sales, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients' products, services, deals, and promotions to educate and inform customers effectively

Event Sales Assistant Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation for travel to various event locations (this is an on-site role in Houston)
  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in event sales, customer service, retail, or sales is a plus
  • A self-starter who can excel both individually and in a team environment
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, and eager to take on new challenges
  • Team player with a passion for collaboration
