Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Solution Architect
with strong, hands-on expertise in designing and delivering enterprise solutions within the
Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
. The ideal candidate must possess a deep technical background in

, and have exposure to
AI tools and integrations
. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Lead the design and architecture of enterprise applications for the
    Property & Casualty insurance
    sector.
  • Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps.
  • Define system architecture leveraging
    .NET
    ,
    Azure services
    ,
    React
    ,
    PostgreSQL
    , and
    Microservices
    .
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility, recommend tools, patterns, and frameworks.
  • Drive API strategy, microservices best practices, and cloud-native design.
  • Oversee data modeling, database architecture, and integration using PostgreSQL.

AI & Modern Technology Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to integrate
    AI tools
    , automation, and ML capabilities into business workflows.
  • Recommend AI platforms, LLM-based tools, or cognitive services that enhance system performance and customer experience.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Product Owners, SMEs, business teams, and leadership to understand P&C requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and architecture decisions.
  • Present design proposals, architecture decisions, and solution trade-offs to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance & Governance

  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimizations.
  • Support DevOps and CI/CD implementation on Azure.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory:
    Strong experience in
    Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
    .
  • 8+ years of experience in software design, development, or architecture roles.
  • Expertise in
    .NET
    frameworks and application development.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Microsoft Azure
    (App Services, Functions, API Management, Storage, Key Vault, etc.).
  • Strong UI development experience using
    React
    .
  • Proficiency in
    PostgreSQL
    , data modeling, and database optimization.
  • Solid understanding of
    Microservices architecture
    , REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
  • Exposure to
    AI tools
    , automation frameworks, or cloud-based AI services.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and solution presentation skills.
