This role offershands-on experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and is ideal for someonedetail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in a mission-driven organization.____________________________________________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries for multiple entities in Microsoft D 365Prepare balance sheet account reconciliationsAssist with month-end and year-end close activitiesMaintain the general ledger and ensure proper classification of transactionsReconcile bank statements and other key balance sheet accountsAssist in preparing financial reports and schedules for internal and external stakeholdersAssist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesCollaborate with plant accounting teams and cross-functional departmentsAll other duties as assigned____________________________________________________________________________QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2–4 years of accounting experienceUnderstanding of GAAP and basic accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
