About the Role:

We're seeking a Restaurant Manager with a passion for hospitality, strong front-of-house leadership, and a hands-on approach to team development. As a key partner to the General Manager, you'll help lead day-to-day operations, ensuring an outstanding guest experience while also stepping in to support the back of house when needed.

This is the perfect role for a high-energy leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves developing people, and brings a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Do:
  • Support the General Manager in leading all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Uphold quality, cleanliness, and service standards consistently
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling team members
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and supply levels
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with 4 Rivers' values
  • Flex into BOH roles when needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Create a warm, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
What You Bring:
  • 2–4 years of restaurant experience (prior management experience a plus)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
  • Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays
  • A guest-first mindset and commitment to operational excellence
  • A team player willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed
