Role Description
This is a high-impact, commission-based role designed for driven sales professionals who want to directly control their earnings. Instead of a fixed cap, your income scales with the deals you close, with competitive commission rates on every qualified opportunity that converts into a demo, POC, or signed contract. For top performers, this structure offers significantly higher earning potential than traditional fixed-salary roles, along with the flexibility to work remotely and independently while partnering closely with the founding team on strategic, high-value deals.
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, identifying business opportunities, Securing Demo meeting, Proof of concept and support till deal closure. The role will involve frequent communication with potential clients to build and maintain relationships, and to help drive the company's growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying business opportunities
- Exceptional Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and Network in domain
- Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and support
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experienced sales in the cybersecurity technology or cloud computing industry is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
