We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to build and lead a high-performing inside sales team focused on outbound lead generation, merchant acquisition, and pipeline development.

What You'll Do


• Lead, coach, and inspire an inside sales team to exceed production and appointment-setting goals


• Manage outbound call activity, lead pipelines, and conversion performance


• Develop, refine, and maintain effective scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling frameworks


• Provide hands-on coaching, call shadowing, and real-time feedback to strengthen team effectiveness


• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance evaluations, and ongoing skill development sessions


• Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new sales professionals


• Partner with leadership to support target outreach strategies and market penetration


• Track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and communicate findings to management


• Build and maintain a high-energy, accountable, performance-driven culture


• Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and a seamless client experience


• Maintain CRM integrity and ensure timely documentation of all sales activity

What You Bring



2+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or lead generation


• 1+ year experience serving as a team lead, supervisor, or trainer within a sales environment


• Proven ability to develop and motivate sales reps toward achieving goals


• Strong phone presence and understanding of the outbound prospecting process


• Experience coaching reps on pipeline management, pitch refinement, and objection handling


• Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and create action plans


• Knowledge of merchant services, payment processing, SaaS, or financial services is a strong plus


• Highly effective communicator who can influence, lead, and inspire


• Flexible and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
