Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex internal projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals
  • Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation across teams
  • Foster a positive work environment, improve employee engagement, feedback loops, retention, and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Process improvement for workflows, collaboration and internal communication

Requirements:

  • 5 - 8+ years of professional experience, ideally within SaaS environments
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • Proven management experience
  • Experience in organizational development or internal operations
  • Demonstrated management experience, with proven ability to lead teams and projects
  • Expertise in project scheduling and organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including motivation, resilience, quick learning, communication, and conflict resolution
