Job Responsibilities:

  • Bank Debt Financing: Lead the engagement with local Texas and nationally renowned banking institutions, design debt financing solutions (including loan structure, interest rate negotiation, repayment plan, etc.) based on the needs of the factory construction project, and drive the entire process of due diligence, approval and disbursement.
  • Government Subsidy Negotiation: Conduct in-depth research on industrial subsidies, tax incentives, land support and other policies of the State of Texas and the city where the project is located, establish an efficient communication mechanism with government departments such as Economic Development Department and Investment Promotion Bureau, take the lead in subsidy application and negotiation, and maximize the policy dividends for the project.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships with local banks and government departments, timely capture the dynamics of financing policies and subsidies, and provide forward-looking suggestions for the fund and projects.
  • Cross-departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with the fund's internal investment, risk control, finance teams and project companies, synchronize the progress of financing and subsidies, and resolve compliance and financial issues during the process.
  • Document Management: Draft, review and archive core documents such as financing agreements, subsidy application materials and government communication minutes to ensure compliant and traceable processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related majors; MBA or related master's degree is a plus.
  • Work Experience: 3-8 years of experience in corporate finance at investment banks or commercial banks, with experience in manufacturing or factory construction project financing preferred; candidates familiar with the local Texas banking system and government industrial policies will be given priority.
  • Core Competencies: Solid ability in debt financing scheme design and business negotiation skills, able to independently engage with key decision-makers in banks and government; excellent project management ability to efficiently promote the implementation of multiple parallel tasks.
  • Professional Skills: Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis, skilled in using office software such as Excel and PPT, with fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
  • Qualities: Strong result-oriented awareness, high pressure resistance, good communication and coordination skills and cross-cultural collaboration awareness.
