Requirements

  • Title & Registration Processing: Process and manage vehicle titles, registration paperwork, and license plates for new and used vehicles. 
  • Document Verification: Verify the accuracy of all documentation and resolve any discrepancies before submission. 
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all title and registration paperwork is complete and compliant with state and federal laws and regulations. 
  • DMV Liaison: Submit legal transfer documents and liaise with the DMV or relevant government offices to ensure proper processing. 
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate records of all title and registration transactions. 
  • Customer Assistance: Provide information and assistance to customers regarding title and registration processes. 
  • Financial Calculations: Calculate and collect appropriate fees for vehicle transfers and registrations. 
  • Coordination: Work closely with sales and finance departments to gather necessary documents and ensure timely completion of transactions.
