New Holland Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our administrative team. The Title Clerk is responsible for processing vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely completion of all title work while supporting a smooth vehicle sales process.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess vehicle titles, registrations, license plates, and related documents for new and used vehicle salesPrepare and submit title applications to the appropriate state agencies within required timeframesVerify accuracy of contracts, odometer statements, lien information, and supporting documentationMaintain organized records of title work and ensure proper filing and document retentionFollow up on title discrepancies, missing documents, and title correctionsCommunicate with customers, lenders, auctions, and state motor vehicle departments as neededEnsure compliance with all state, federal, and dealership policies and proceduresAssist with auditing title paperwork and resolving title issues promptlySupport accounting and sales departments with title-related inquiriesQualifications & SkillsPrevious experience as a Title Clerk or in automotive dealership administration preferredKnowledge of DMV/title regulations (state-specific knowledge a plus)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficient in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree or additional coursework in business or accounting a plus1+ years of automotive title processing experience preferredBenefits:Company Issued UniformsEnergetic Work EnvironmentHealth, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance401K with Company MatchPaid Time OffEmployee Vehicle Purchase ProgramEmployee Service Discount Program*In order to qualify for employment All applicants must pass pre-employment testing which includes: Background Checks, MVR, and Drug Testing.
