Job Title: Senior Principal Consultant – Technical Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Principal Consultant – Technical Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale technology and data transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical depth, architectural insight, and project delivery leadership, driving the modernization, governance, and security of large data and cloud ecosystems.

You will oversee end-to-end program execution — from planning and architecture design to implementation and risk management — ensuring seamless integration across data, cloud, AI/ML, and DevOps platforms while maintaining compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering technology transformation projects across data and cloud platforms.
  • Oversee implementation of data governance frameworks, security controls, and compliance standards across enterprise ecosystems.
  • Manage modern data platform initiatives including Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Drive AI/ML model risk management programs, ensuring responsible deployment and monitoring of analytical models.
  • Guide legacy modernization and database migration projects using modern tools and cloud strategies.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and automated testing frameworks to enhance reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define modern data architectures, pipelines, and integration patterns.
  • Apply DevOps practices and CI/CD automation to accelerate delivery while ensuring system stability.
  • Manage project governance, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship across development and operations teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, technical program delivery, or solution architecture.
  • Proven technical expertise in:
  • Data governance tools and platforms
  • Cloud security and compliance frameworks
  • AI/ML model risk management
  • Modern data platforms – Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
  • Legacy system modernization and database migration
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
  • Automated testing and DevOps tools – Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines
  • Programming (Python, Java) and SQL
  • Cloud ecosystems – AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Strong understanding of data architectures, cloud migration strategies, and enterprise compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
