Join our dynamic team at Metro by T-Mobile, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and helping them find the perfect solutions to meet their needs. Your enthusiasm and expertise will shine as you assist with product demonstrations, manage inventory, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll do

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the latest mobile devices and accessories.
  • Utilize your upselling skills to promote additional products and services that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing store through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, ensuring efficient cash handling and cashiering duties.
  • Supervise daily operations, guiding team members to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Utilize your bilingual communication skills to assist a diverse customer base effectively.
  • Apply basic math skills for retail math calculations to manage inventory and sales reports.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating your leadership capabilities in a retail setting.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential for this role.
  • Strong communication skills are vital for engaging with customers and team members alike.
  • A background in grocery store operations can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
