Our Newly renovated Springhill Suites by Marriott is hiring

A certain amount of flexibility is required as Hotels are open 27/7.

The candidate for this position will float between PM (3pm-11pm) and overnight (11pm-7am) shifts.

As a Front Desk Associate, you would be responsible for assisting our guests with the highest level of customer service.

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist fellow co-workers and Front Office leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide driving directions to guests to local destinations
  • Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
  • Provide or obtain accurate information
  • Run the Hotel Night Audit (one button)
  • Have fun

Must be able to pass Drug and Background Screening

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
