Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

  • Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction and renovation of buildings and structures.
  • Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Clean job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of construction practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labor for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job sites. Job sites located all over San Diego County

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $28.73 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
