How You Will Create An Impact

  • From day one, you'll work in specialized, high-energy teams tackling some of the biggest questions in commercial strategy, pricing, and sales. You'll gain deep expertise across industries, helping clients optimize revenue models, improve profitability, and execute growth strategies that stick.
  • Develop and Implement Commercial Growth Strategies

  • Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales effectiveness initiatives.

  • Master the Art & Science of Pricing

  • Analyze pricing data, customer needs and behaviors, and market trends to develop strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth.

  • Optimize pricing structures, discounting models, and value-based pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

  • Turn Analysis into Actionable Recommendations

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to guide business decisions.

  • Develop financial models, customer segmentation analyses, and pricing simulations.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure recommendations are practical, actionable, and implemented successfully.

  • Communicate Insights & Drive Change

  • Craft compelling presentations and reports that simplify complex data into clear, impactful recommendations.

  • Participate in client workshops, discussions, and presentations, helping turn insights into execution.
  • Engage directly with client teams to drive buy-in and real-world adoption of strategic recommendations.

Your Profile

  • We're looking for sharp, commercially minded individuals who love solving business challenges and translating data into strategic decisions.
  • Has an undergraduate and/or graduate degree from an accredited university/college in business, statistics, economics, marketing, finance, math, or related business field.
  • Currently enrolled in a MBA program with a May-June 2027 graduation date and ability to intern for 9 weeks from June 8 – August 7.
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience, preferably in one of the following areas, but not limited to: consulting, change management, continuous improvement, project management, functional experience in pricing, marketing and sales.
  • Professional experience in analyzing and solving complex problems, which includes defining actionable recommendations using well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills—comfortable working with pricing models, sales data, and financial metrics.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for business growth, pricing optimization, and revenue strategy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills—able to structure complex challenges and develop actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—able to distill insights and make compelling recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is a plus.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The pay range for this position is
$82–$87/hr
. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
