Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Total Wireless team. In this role, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers with wireless products and services, handling transactions, and ensuring each visitor receives an exceptional experience. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting wireless plans, phones, accessories, and services that meet their needs.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Stay up to date with current wireless products, promotions, and plans to confidently educate customers.
  • Upsell services and accessories by understanding customer usage and recommending relevant options.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Conduct in-store demonstrations of devices and features to boost customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer questions, technical concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels; assist with receiving shipments and restocking shelves.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping people.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or wireless sales is preferred.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and performing basic math functions for accurate transactions.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving a diverse customer base.
  • Familiarity with wireless technology, mobile phones, and service plans.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
