You are the first point of contact for potential members — the person who turns curiosity into commitment. This position requires enthusiasm, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping people find their path to fitness. You'll drive membership sales, convert new leads into long-term members, and help maintain a thriving studio environment.The ideal candidate loves fitness, is naturally outgoing, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting. You'll work closely with the General Manager and coaching staff to ensure every new member feels welcomed, supported, and excited to be part of the Sweat440 community.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Member GrowthAchieve a sales conversion rate above 30% and ensure net sales exceed cancellations, excluding upgrades/downgrades, to qualify for monthly bonus.Consistently average 2+ new membership sales per shift.Manage new lead pipelines through follow-ups, text/email outreach, and in-person studio tours.Drive studio revenue initiatives through upsells, local partnerships, and promotional campaigns.Promote referral programs, class packages, and special offers to current and prospective members.Communicate with the remote staffing team (RV & Member Force Teams) regarding membership and sales updates.Partner with the General Manager and Head Coach to align sales strategies with member experience goals.Community & Member EngagementAct as a brand ambassador — create an engaging, high-energy atmosphere where members feel welcomed and valued.Support community-building events, corporate partnerships, and outreach activities.Solicit and track at least 20 new 5-star Google Reviews per month as part of the at-desk sales process.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly and annual membership revenue targets (MRR and total sales)Net sales > net cancellationsAverage of ≥2 new memberships per shift20+ Google reviews per monthAchievement of bonus eligibility criteriaRequirementsProven success in sales or customer service (fitness, retail, or hospitality experience preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, goal-driven, and team-orientedAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsFitness certification or demonstrated passion for fitness/wellness preferredCompensation & BenefitsBase Pay: $20–$25 per hour (depending on experience)Commission: 20% per monthly recurring membership sale, plus tiered performance bonusesMonthly Bonus: Based on exceeding revenue and conversion targetsCompensation Range: Full time, $41,600 - $58,240 annuallyAdditional Perks:Complimentary Sweat440 membershipDiscounts on apparel and wellness partnersCareer growth opportunities into leadership or management rolesJoin the Sweat440 TeamIf you're an energetic self-starter who thrives in a community-driven environment and loves connecting people with fitness, we'd love to meet you.
