POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Manager will serve as the strategic and operational leader of Power Probe's global technology landscape, driving the integration, security, and performance of all systems across entities in the U.S., and the U.K. The position will oversee SAP S/4HANA 1709, iCloud edition implementation, managing full end-to-end transaction cycles, and ensuring systems scalability to support international operations. This role demands a visionary with deep expertise in SAP, EDI support, SaaS BPM systems, data analytics, and IT governance, capable of bridging technical solutions with business growth strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SAP / ERP Management

• Lead the implementation and configure, while optimizing SAP S/4HANA 1709, iCloud edition implementation for global entities (MM, SD, FI, CO, PP modules).

• Oversee full-cycle transactions in procurement, production, sales, finance, and reporting.

• Maintain seamless integration between SAP modules and external tools (CRM, and logistics platforms).

• Manage system upgrades, custom developments, and vendor coordination for SAP maintenance.

• Ensure data integrity, automation, and consistent reporting across all entities.

1. Automation

• Serve as subject matter expert for EDI communications with distributors, vendors, and logistics partners.

• Oversee implementation and optimization of SaaS applications integrated with SAP (CRM, ADP, warehouse systems, etc.).

• Drive workflow automation and ensure secure, compliant data transfer across global systems.

• Establish standardized processes for change management, data migration, and access control.

1. IT Leadership & Governance

• Develop and execute Power Probe's global IT roadmap, aligning with digital transformation.

• Oversee IT infrastructure (servers, networking, security, user support) and ensure cybersecurity compliance.

• Build IT policies, standards, and continuity plans for disaster recovery and data protection.

• Manage technology budgets, cost optimization, and resource allocation.

1. Vendor, Project & Stakeholder Management

• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs) for all IT systems.

• Lead end-to-end project management for technology initiatives, from implementation to post-launch support.

• Coordinate with department heads to ensure technology solutions meet business goals.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and scalability.

1. Day-to-Day Functions

• Sole point of contact for all users' technical software and hardware support needs locally and throughout other locations, including but not limited to in office moves, equipment

set up for new hires.

• Administer maintenance and security to the onsite servers etc.

• Facilitate training on an as needed bases to various departments.

Qualifications Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

• Certifications preferred e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt.

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience demonstrating hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (1709 or higher), including full-cycle ERP management, within manufacturing, distribution, or ideally automotive electronics.

• Proven track record in EDI, SaaS integration

• Experience managing multi-country IT operations and compliance requirements.

• Strong understanding of data security, governance, and system controls.

Skills

• Strategic, analytical, and execution-focused mindset.

• Solid experiential knowledge with LAN/WAN, WiFi and Telecommunication equipment and technology.

• Advanced MS 365 i.e. Excel.

• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement to promote team integration when working on projects to find solutions in SAP

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities.

• SAP Certification in S/4HANA or equivalent preferred.

• Experience with IT audits, and process automation.

• English required.
