About the role

As a SAP FICA Consultant, you will make an impact by leading the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of SAP BRIM solutions focused on Convergent Invoicing and Payment Services Integration. You will be a valued member of the SAP BRIM team and work collaboratively with finance, IT, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless financial processes and system integration.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead implementation and configuration of FICA, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services modules within SAP BRIM.

  • Manage end-to-end billing, invoicing, and payment services processes for accuracy and efficiency.

  • Oversee integration with SAP BRIM SOM and external systems like Salesforce.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues.

  • Create documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in FICA within the SAP BRIM environment.

  • Proven experience with Convergent Invoicing and Payment Services integration.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP BRIM components and architecture.

  • Strong understanding of financial processes, billing, revenue management, and payment workflows.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

These will help you stand out

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

  • Prior experience in telecommunications, utilities, or media industries.

  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
