Location: Remote (Must be eligible to work in the U.S.)
Salary: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

What You'll Learn & Do

Recruitment & Talent Management. Posting jobs, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Employment Law & Compliance. Keeping up with HR regulations and best practices.
HR Operations & Employee Relations. Supporting clients with HR documents, policies, and best practices.
Payroll & Benefits Administration. Assisting in payroll processes and managing benefits.
HR Systems & Technology. Using Zoho CRM, HRIS, and other tools to support HR functions.
Professional Development. Regular mentorship, training sessions, and live client interactions.
