Required Degree: MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience: 3+ years teaching Mechanical Engineering at a university

Duties/Expectations:

This position is for an adjunct Instructor of Mechanical Engineering who will teach ME EN 272, Computer Aided Design, during winter 2026 semester:

  • Providing excellent in-class instruction
  • Meeting with students individually during regular office hours
  • Supervising Teaching Assistants and graders
  • Writing and grading exams, homework assignments, quizzes, and laboratory assignments as needed
  • Covering all of the course outcomes for each course taught
