Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner and HR Operations Specialist plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee development, and serving as a trusted advisor to managers across the organization. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional, with attention to detail, who excels in relationship-building, coaching, and driving engagement initiatives. While not a formal manager, this position provides guidance and mentorship to the HR Operations Coordinator and serves as a liaison to executive leadership.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop yearly organizational culture plan and employee engagement initiatives, to be approved by leadership, including leading the employee engagement committee and organizational events, while communicating important information to leadership.
  • Partner with department leaders to support team development and performance.
  • Coordinate staff development programs and training logistics.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Develop updated and new policies in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on HR strategy and execution.
  • Support the HR Operations Coordinator with process alignment and cross-functional coordination.
  • Maintain awareness of HR trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience to direct leader.
  • Manage end to end credentialing and re-credentialing process for all think providers, ensuring timely and accurate completion in accordance with all requirements.
  • Oversee HR functional areas including benefits, market equity, HR data, and compensation, including worker's compensation and employee performance reviews, while communicating timely and clearly with the leadership team.
  • Seek process improvement and cost savings opportunities to be approved by the leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of human resources and employment law.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration, compensation management and employee training best practices.
  • Skill in managing and coaching staff.
  • Skill in using a computer and a variety of software, including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
  • Skill in communicating in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Skill in managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to translate general administrative guidelines into specific action.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to build relationships and motivate teams.
  • Ability to be a good representative of the Company and display the highest levels of ethical behavior and integrity at all times.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
Education & Experience:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or professional services.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or HR Management or equivalent experience required. Senior Professional in Human Resources certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in employee relations, engagement, and development.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively without formal supervisory authority.
