About The Role
In this role, you will be a vital part of the Titles Department, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth, accurate processing of vehicle title documentation. You'll be responsible for securing and managing the documents needed to establish liens in favor of Reprise Financial on collateralized auto loans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle vehicle titles and accompanying lien placement documents
  • Assemble and prepare complete lien perfection state title packages for third party processing
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with customers when any additional documentation is required to complete state title processing
  • Follow up with banks and third parties regarding the status of mailed and pending title documents
  • Respond to customer inquiries concerning current loan and title statuses
  • Communicate with DMV's and financial institutions to verify title and registration details
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize daily tasks and support ongoing projects
  • Update internal systems to reflect the latest status of titles and loans
  • Work within third party system for tracking of lien status and tasks
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
  • Utilize strong computer skills to navigate internal systems, manage documentation, and support daily operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in the financial services, lending experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Customer service focused with a helpful, solution-driven approach
  • Comfortable navigating digital tools and systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite

Location
All Reprise Financial team members in this role must be based at our office. Compensation
For this role our salary range is $19 to $21 per hour, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
