Role SummaryThis is an evergreen role intended to build a pipeline of qualified Sales Executive candidates for future hiring needs. The Sales Executive will be part of a collaborative, high-performing sales team responsible for managing the full sales funnel and cultivating new client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outreach via phone, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations
- Generate leads using social media and online tools
- Manage prospects through the entire sales cycle
- Develop new client partnerships
- Attend industry conferences to build relationships
- Occasional travel to client sites and events
Bachelor's degree or higher
Skills and Qualifications- Sales experience in recruitment/staffing preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Consultative sales and negotiation expertise
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
- Alignment with Hueman's mission, vision, and values
