Position Overview

As an independent contractor with Infinite Healing, you will operate your own practice within our Sanctuary model. You maintain autonomy over your caseload, schedule, and marketing efforts while benefiting from our supportive environment, wellness-center integration, and community resources.

This role is ideal for a therapist who is self-driven, entrepreneurial, and aligned with a holistic approach to mental health.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Practice Growth

• Independently market and grow your caseload through networking, online presence, outreach, and community engagement.
• Manage your own client intake process and communications.

Therapeutic Services

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy using a holistic, healing-centered approach.
• Support a diverse range of mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, and relationship concerns.

Treatment Planning & Intervention

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs, goals, and history.
• Utilize evidence-based and holistic modalities (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed approaches, etc.).

Documentation

• Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with professional, ethical, and state standards.
• Use an electronic health record (EHR) and telehealth platforms as needed.

Collaboration & Community Engagement

• Collaborate with Infinite Healing team members to support coordinated, holistic care.
• Participate in optional community workshops, wellness events, or mental health awareness activities to promote your services.

Crisis Response

• Provide clinically appropriate crisis intervention and/or referrals as needed.

Group Therapy (Optional but Encouraged)

• Host a 6–12 week group therapy program annually (topic of your choosing).

Qualifications
Required

• Active, unrestricted LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure in Wisconsin.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical therapy experience.
• Experience working with individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and high ethical standards.
• Cultural competency and emotional intelligence.
• Passion for holistic, whole-person healing.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable running your own practice.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred

• Additional certifications (EMDR, mindfulness, trauma-focused therapies, etc.).
• Experience with specific populations (teens, trauma survivors, couples, etc.).
• Previous experience in private practice or a wellness-center setting.

Compensation

• Percentage-based pay structure aligned with industry standards (determined upon contract).
• Contractor retains autonomy over caseload size and income potential.

Schedule

• Fully flexible—contractor sets their own hours.
• Evening availability is highly encouraged to meet client demand.

• Hybrid model: Virtual sessions with access to Infinite Healing's physical Sanctuary when needed.

• Desired caseload: 25+ clients (self-built, at contractor's discretion)

Salary

$2,500 - $12,000 per month
