Ticket Office Assistant

Position Purpose
Assists the ticket office with game day operations.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of ticket sales at events and ability to distribute tickets.
- Ability to learn sales software and scanning equipment and retain training and troubleshoot independently.
- Ability to assist Ticket Manager with daily operations.
- Ability to monitor doors and student entrance at events.
- Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse community.
- Ability to stand up to 6 hours at a time.
- Friendly and patient demeanor required.
- Ability to learn, retain and enforce department procedures and policies.
- Desire to work in and around athletics.
- One to two years of similar experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma.
- Knowledge of ticket sales at events and ability to distribute tickets.
