Duties

  • Craft and prepare delicious, high-quality meals that cater to individual dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Manage inventory control by tracking supplies, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste.
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
  • Plan menus that reflect seasonal ingredients while meeting client expectations for taste and presentation.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their culinary preferences and special requests for events or daily meals.
  • Maintain high standards of food handling practices to ensure the safety of all dishes served.
  • Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring timely service and exceptional presentation of food.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in culinary roles with a focus on fine dining or private chef services.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff.
  • Background in food production, restaurant management, or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and catering services.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices to maintain stock levels efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members alike.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential.
